Question: How long is the warranty period?
The warranty period is one year, and the dealer is two years.
Question: Return policy?
1. If you need to return the product for repair, you must have a purchase record issued by YOTOON sales department. Please track your order records via email or we will find them.
2. Repair products will be returned by regular mail. Other transportation requirements or instructions will be borne by the customer.
3. The warranty covers repairs or replacements, updates and tests. Returns and repairs that are not covered by or during the warranty period are subject to repair costs.
4. YOTOON reserves the right to change the terms without notice. Please contact our sales department for more information.
Question: What will YOTOON do during the warranty period?
YOTOON will, in its sole discretion, provide one of the following three remedies to consider that the corresponding claim can be satisfied under this limited warranty:
